Port St. Joe, Florida

Port St. Joe is nice beach vacation destination to get away from it all.  This area is located about 36 miles southeast of Panama City.  There are plenty of beaches to enjoy on nearby Cape San Blas in Indian Pass or The Beaches.  Port St. Joe is a small town with a few small shops, but there is a very nice marina and an excellent bait & tackle shop called Blue Water Outriggers that is very popular among the locals and tourists.  Blue Water Outriggers has more than just fishing tackle.  You can find some stuff for the beach, kayaks, clothing and more.  Port St. Joe is popular for fishing and boating.  Most visitors to the area will end up staying on Cape San Blas for their lodging, but the town of Port St. Joe offers a grocery store, some small shops and a few places to eat.
